What is GrantEater.ai?
GrantEater.ai is grant management software for nonprofits. It keeps every funder's deadlines, questions, documents, and reports in one place, and drafts answers from your own mission, programs, and documents.
Does it write the whole application for me?
No. It drafts answers for you to review and edit, one question at a time. Every word is yours to change, and nothing is ever submitted to a funder for you.
Where do drafts get their information?
From your nonprofit's mission and history, the funder's priorities and guidelines, the documents linked to the application, and anything you ask it to emphasize.
Is my organization's data private?
Yes. Your data is kept separate from every other customer's and is never sold. It is shared only with the providers that run the service, and as the law requires, as our privacy policy describes.
Can I manage more than one nonprofit?
Yes. One account can hold several nonprofits, each with its own documents, applications, and deadlines. Each draft uses the documents linked to that application and its nonprofit, funder, and initiative; documents on a shared funder or initiative are used for every nonprofit linked to it.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial is free for 30 days. A card is needed to start it, and the first charge is made when the trial ends, at the monthly price shown under Pricing. There are no contracts and no setup fees, and you can cancel online before then.
What does the monthly allowance cover?
Your plan includes a monthly allowance for drafting, importing questions and answers, and reading the documents you upload. If you need more in a busy month, you can buy extra usage as a one-time purchase; it is never charged automatically.
How do I cancel?
Cancel online from Billing in your account, at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; your work stays in your account.
